Student - Landscape Labourer
This is a seasonal summer student position.
Start Date: April 16, 2025
End Date: August 29, 2025
Start and end dates are flexible.
Wage: $17.20 to $19.00
(Depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing
- Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, trimming, and maintaining beautiful green spaces.
- Gardening & Landscaping: Planting flowers, weed control, fertilizing, and mulching.
- Yard Clean-Ups: Ensuring properties are neat and free of debris.
- Equipment Operation: Safely using small tools and landscape equipment (lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, etc.).
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is an asset.
- Ability to identify flowers, plants, weeds, soil, and mulch.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative—experience is great, but we’re happy to train the right candidates!

Physical Demands/Work Environment
Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold, humidity, and sometimes rain.
Ability to walk, stand, or crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Willing and able to work varied and long shifts (full-time hours).
Wearing proper personal protective equipment at all times.
Additonal Requirements
Clean and Valid G/G2 Driver's License
Min 8 inch Steel-Toed Boots
