Responsibilities

  • Open availability for on-call work (24/7) - Must have a working cellphone 24/7.
  • Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days.
  • Must maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.
  • Motivation, dedication, and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
  • Operate rear steer and push behind snow blower (willing to train).
  • Shovel snow.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of rear steer and snow blowers
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Receptive to feedback and direction
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Clean and valid full G Driver’s license
  • Must have a reliable way in to the shop (in Kanata) 24/7

Ability to work outdoors in extreme cold, snow and rain.

Ability to walk, stand, or crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Willing and able to work varied and long shifts.

Wearing proper personal protective equipment at all times.

Clean and Valid G/G2 Driver's License

Min 8 inch Steel-Toed Boots
